About Hoyts Te Awa
Contact & About
Hoyts Te Awa offers self-service, walk-through candy bar to go nuts in, and a Ben & Jerry's ice cream store. The theatres are fully licensed, offering a wide range of beer, wine, spirits and low/non alcoholic beverages.
Premium viewing experiences are an option with the large format Xtremescreen (the Waikato's largest cinema screen) or in the Lux theatres. Lux includes an in-cinema dining service with hot food (from burgers, sliders and pizzas to all day breakfasts), an international wine list, beers and cocktails.
Hoyts Te Awa also features New Zealand's only D-Box cinema. D-Box's motion technology delivers a theme park-esque immersive experience with seats that move in sync with onscreen action. D-Box sessions are limited (only certain films screen in this format), look for sessions marked 'D-Box'.
