Taking away Best Horror Film, Screenplay and Director at Fantastic Fest 2013, first-time feature filmmakers Derek Lee and Clif Prowse write, helm and star in this found-footage OE trip gone terribly wrong when one of the travelers is struck by a mysterious, body-enhancing change.
On Day 1, Derek (Lee) manages to score a would-be one-night-stand that instead leaves him bruised and battered with no memory of the occasion. Not content with letting this upset their globe-trotting adventure, he and Cliff (Prowse) begin to travel. As the days push on, Derek’s body starts to go through some radical changes that allow him to jump further and run at superhuman speeds. But the improvements soon turn into dark mutations, and Cliff is left with a mutated version of his former friend…
