Hannibal

Anthony Hopkins reprises his delectably murderous role as Dr. Hannibal Lecter in this 2001 follow-up to the multi Oscar-winning The Silence of the Lambs. Disgraced Agent Clarice Starling (Julianne Moore) is approached by millionaire Mason Verger (Gary Oldman), the only victim of Lecter’s to have survived. Left horribly disfigured, Verger hires Starling to lure out Lecter, who now resides in Italy. Directed by Ridley Scott and adapted from the Thomas Harris novel by David Mamet.
