Documentary about Martin Margiela, the elusive and enigmatic Belgian designer whose revolutionary creations changed the face of fashion. Member of the 'Antwerp Six', creative director at Hermès, and founder of the Maison Margiela brand, Margiela was a big name in fashion but never showed his face in public.
The designer reveals his drawings, notes and personal items for the first time, offering a rare look at his vision and career. Directed by Reiner Holzemer (Dries), the film also features interviews with notable fashion industry figures, including Jean Paul Gaultier, Carine Roitfeld, and Cathy Horyn, with a score by Belgian rock band dEUS.
