From director Feng Xiaogang (Back to 1942, Aftershock) comes this Chinese comedy about a group of dream-makers – The Planner (Ge You), the Scenario Designer (Bai Baihe), the Builder (Li Xiaolu), and the Mind Anesthetist (Zheng Kai) – whose service, the Personal Tailor, allows one to escape their waking life to experience the alternate life they always wanted.

By staging specific scenarios, no matter how ridiculous, every client is able to 'live the dream'. Their slogan, 'Any dream, at any cost', attracts unusual customers and unusual requests...
