When the NYPD can't stop a crime wave caused by The Shredder and his Foot Clan, four vigilantes rise - Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello and Raphael. The foursome are trained by rodent ninja Splinter and work with reporter April O'Neil (Judith Hoag) as they fight to take back the city.
