The Last Ride

A fictional depiction of the mysterious last days of legendary country musician Hank Williams (Henry Thomas, Dear John, E.T.the Extra-Terrestrial), "music's original bad boy".

Scheduled to play a concert in West Virginia, December 1952, Williams is forced to make his own way there when ice storms in Nashville ground his plane. He hires the straight-laced Silas (Jesse James, Jumper) to take him there, but the road trip would be his last.
