How to watch Formula 1 races today in NZ
Formula One has a long and storied history of nyooming into viewers’ hearts, dating way back to the 1950s when the first World Championship was held. Since then, the sport has massively grown in popularity, getting a huge boost in new fans from the recent hit Netflix series, Drive to Survive. Nicely enough, there’s also been a renewed focus on sustainability and safety in the sport, with new regulations aimed at reducing the environmental impact of racing and improving the safety of drivers.

As we head into the 2023 season, here are just a few of the key drivers we’ll be keenly looking out for. Lewis Hamilton, who has won seven World Championships, will be looking to add another title to his impressive resume. Max Verstappen, who won the previous two seasons, will also be a strong contender. Other drivers to watch include Charles Leclerc, Lando Norris, and Fernando Alonso.
On the team side, Mercedes has been a dominant force in recent years, winning the Constructors’ Championship eight seasons in a row from 2014 – 2021. However, Red Bull Racing has been gaining ground in recent years, and many experts predict that they could be the team to beat in 2023. And let’s not forget about Ferrari, McLaren, and Aston Martin, either.
