What is Invincible season 3 about?

After teenager Mark Grayson discovers a) he has superpowers, because b) his father is secretly the Superman-like superhero Omni-Man, but c) Omni-Man is secrely the advance guard of an alien empire intent on intergalactic conquest, he’s thrust into a four-colour world of supes and spectacle. Albeit one far bloodier than Stan Lee and Jack Kirby ever dreamed of. Following the events of last season, we find our young hero training with enigmatic government agent Cecil Stedman, while his younger brother Oliver deals with his own emerging powers, and villains Omni-Man and Allen the Alien plan a prison escape. And other than that, your guess is as good as ours.
