As you should be aware, Flicks aims to please. More specifically, we aim to be your ultimate guide to movie watching in New Zealand. We reckon we’re damn good at it too, with a great team of reviewers covering the latest releases in cinemas, enthusiasts sharing films that would otherwise go under the radar, blog posts following wherever our whims may lead, and awesome interviews with local and international actors and filmmakers.
But sometimes, maybe when you’re still in bed, you just want to find out what to watch at home. Like, right now.
And so today we introduce our new sister site: www.showmethemovie.co.nz.
Show Me The Movie is a tool to let you search for any movie available, either online (pay-per-view or subscription) or via DVD rental, in New Zealand. It’s intentionally simple, and free of bells and whistles. With content varying widely across on demand providers, Show Me The Movie cuts through catalogue confusion to quickly tell you where you can watch the film of your choice.
