Baby fencing duels. Freestyle vampire rap. Polyamorous zombie wives. Yep, it’s another glorious round of What We Do in the Shadows.
Now reaching its fourth season, the beloved mockumentary series continues to dig up gold from the mineshaft founded by Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement’s comedy film from 2014. After being drip-fed numerous teasers, FX has finally released a full trailer for season four.
Kayvan Novak, Matt Berry, Natasia Demetriou and Harvey Guillén all return to the vampire pad, this time joined by a freakish baby-thing with a man-sized head. That’s all we wish to say on the matter. The only thing more horrifying, to Nandor at least, is the return of his 37 deceased wives, as seen in the trailer.
The fourth season of What We Do in the Shadows arrives in New Zealand via Neon with a two-episode premiere 14 July.
