Elizabeth Olsen will play Scarlet Witch

News on Scarlet Witch’s inclusion in The Avengers: Age of Ultron has been buzzing around for months, but one bad mo’fo’ confirmed that the stupendous Elizabeth Olsen (Liberal Arts) will be taking the role of the reality-bender. In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Samuel L. Jackson commented on the filming of the hotly-anticipated sequel:

I know we’re shooting in London, that James Spader is Ultron and going to be the bad guy, and that we added Ms. [Elizabeth] Olsen [who will play the Scarlet Witch], but I don’t know what she’s doing, if she’s on the inside or the outside. I haven’t seen a script.”

Rush screenwriter to pen Ang Lee’s 3D boxing film

Talking with The Daily Mail, Rush screenwriter Peter Morgan detailed his latest script that Life of Pi‘s Ang Lee will direct, a 3D boxing film that focuses on the historic confrontations between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier:

It’s a look at how brutal the confrontations were between Ali and Frazier. They were marked by how aggressive Ali was towards Frazier out of the ring. He taunted and belittled him. Ang wants to work with 3-D technology that will make an audience feel as if they’re inside the ring.

Rush is currently playing in cinemas, and is really worth your time.
