Following up on a damn fine 2014 showcase, NZIFF are bringing the Autumn Events back to select New Zealand cinemas.
This year, festival director Bill Gosden and his crew are bringing an even tastier cinema offering than last year’s treats with Walt Disney’s animated classic Pinocchio, Stanley Kubrick epics 2001: A Space Odyssey and Spartacus, The Beatles’ A Hard Day’s Night and Bernardo Bertolucci’s The Conformist. All films are presented in luscious digital restorations.
In addition to these classics are two modern documentaries: Australian health doco That Sugar Film and the premiere of grassroots rugby feature The Ground We Won.
AUCKLAND
