The 22nd Annual Wattie’s Can’s Film Festival is quickly approaching, letting you trade in a can of food (from October 21) for a movie ticket (to be used on Monday, November 2). Over 50 cinemas are taking part in the event, from Whakatane to Gore, allowing you to watch some of this year’s biggest films like Inside Out, Jurassic World and Ant-Man.
We’re big fans of good films, good causes, and good puns, so we highly recommend doing this. If you haven’t caught up with these blockbusters, or you’re aching for a second go, donate a can to a good cause and enjoy some movies!
