In cinemas October 22, comedy Baby Done might just be the viewing distraction you need right now.
Rose Matafeo (have you seen her awesome standup special Horndog yet?) and Matthew Lewis (we know you’ve seen Harry Potter) star in this unexpected pregnancy comedy from the director and writer of Fantail (Curtis Vowell and Sophie Henderson, respectively). Oh, and it’s from the producers of Hunt for the Wilderpeople and The Breaker Upperers.
Zoe (Matafeo) is a pregnancy cynic, sick of “losing” her friends to motherhood. When she reluctantly accepts the reality that she’s pregnant to long-term partner Tim (Lewis), the pair resolve to not let parenthood change them—but Zoe’s attempts to rush through achieving her dreams before becoming a mum take on increasingly unrealistic dimensions.
