Based on the eponymous book by Argentine author Hernán Casciari and inspired by real life events, this comedy drama follows a frustrated writer who survives a heart attack thanks to the help of the host of the temporary rental house in which he was staying, and due to that event, his life and that of those around him change forever.

Argentinian black comedy made up of a six shorts all based on the theme of revenge, described by the Hollywood Reporter as "a subversive reflection on out-of-control behaviour." Nominated for the Palme d'Or at Cannes 2014.

The biopic series will follow the accomplishments and challenges that El Pibe de Oro had to face during his globetrotting career and personal life, including his battle with drugs and alcohol.
