Tchoupitoulas (pronounced chop-il-TOOL-us) is a documentary by the Ross Brothers, set over the course of an evening in New Orleans. The film follows 11-year-old aspiring flautist William and his two brothers, as they take in the lights and the music of the French Quarter.
